• A B2B partnerships vertical (schools, hospitals, ecosystems)
Role Overview
We are looking for a Sales & CRM Lead who can own conversions, revenue, and funnel efficiency end-to-end.
You will:
• Drive B2C conversions (parents → clients)
• Build B2B partnerships (schools, hospitals, NGOs)
• Lead a small sales/CRM pod (1–3 members)
• Own monthly revenue + conversion targets
This is a P&L-oriented role, not just execution.
Key Responsibilities
B2C Sales (Core Revenue)
• Convert inbound leads into paying clients within 5–7 days
• Drive urgency and decision-making with parents
• Handle full funnel:
• Lead qualification
• Discovery conversations
• Meeting coordination
• Objection handling
• Closure
CRM & Funnel Ownership
• Own CRM as a conversion engine (not just tracking tool)
• Improve:
• Lead prioritisation
• Follow-up systems (calls + WhatsApp)
• Funnel clarity
• Track & optimise:
• Lead → Meeting %
• Meeting → Conversion %
• Drop-offs
Target: 50–100 conversions/month
B2B Partnerships
• Build and close partnerships with:
• Schools
• Hospitals / clinics
• NGOs / ecosystem partners
• Drive revenue through:
• Counselling programs
• School-based services
• Long-term partnerships
P&L Ownership
• Own:
• Monthly revenue targets
• Conversion targets
• Funnel efficiency
• Build predictability in:
• Sales cycles
• Revenue flow
Team Leadership
• Manage 1–3 team members
• Define roles, targets, and workflows
• Ensure strong follow-up discipline and closures
Cross-Team Coordination
• Align with ops, therapists, and CRM teams
• Ensure no delays in:
• Scheduling
• Service readiness
• Client onboarding
Skills & Profile
Experience
• 2–6 years in sales (services / consultative sales preferred)
• Exposure to high-trust sales environments (EdTech, healthcare, counselling, etc.)
• Experience working with hospitals, schools, or similar ecosystems is a strong plus
Sales Capability
• Strong in:
• Discovery & need mapping
• Objection handling
• Driving closure within short cycles
Empathy + Direction
• Comfortable engaging with parents of neurodivergent children
• Can balance:
• Emotional sensitivity
• Clear decision-making push
Execution
• Strong follow-up discipline
• Ability to manage multiple leads without drop-offs
• High ownership mindset
Team Management
• Ability to manage and guide 1–3 team members
• Can drive performance, accountability, and clarity
Tools
• CRM tools (Bitrix, Zoho, etc.)
• WhatsApp-based communication workflows

• Consistent achievement of revenue targets
• 50–100 monthly conversions
• <7-day average closure cycle
• Strong B2B pipeline and closures
• Minimal drop-offs in high-intent leads
Compensation Structure
Fixed Salary
• ₹6–9 LPA (based on experience)
Variable Pay (Performance-Based)
🔹 B2C (Consumer Sales)
• Incentives paid on conversions above monthly targets
🔹 B2B (Partnerships)
• Incentives paid on deal value above defined targets
🔹 Revenue Performance Bonus
• Additional upside linked to overall revenue exceeding targets
