Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for Sales and Collection Executives. The responsibilities include handling credit control processes, managing and following up on debt collection, maintaining excellent communication with clients, and analyzing customer data to support finance-related decisions. Executives will also work collaboratively with the finance and sales teams to ensure timely collections and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Credit Control and Debt Collection processes
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills for client interactions
- Solid Analytical Skills to assess financial data and ensure accurate reports
- Knowledge of Finance principles and practices; experience in the finance sector is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a team and meet deadlines
- Proactive attitude and problem-solving capability
