At Designest, we create premium, bespoke furniture and interior solutions—from kitchens and wardrobes to doors and panelling—crafted with precision, detail, and a strong design sensibility.
Our Experience Center is where this comes to life. We’re looking for someone from the furniture/interiors space or similar design-led, high-value sales environments who can lead this space driving sales while delivering a refined, high-touch client experience through the entire project.

What you’ll do:
• Be the face of Designest for HNI clients, architects, and designers
• Drive end-to-end sales—from first interaction to final handover
• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects and interior designers
• Generate leads through industry networks, references, and collaborations
• Manage day-to-day Experience Center operations
• Present and sell bespoke furniture, kitchens, wardrobes, doors & panelling solutions
• Ensure a seamless, premium client journey
• Coordinate across design, production, and execution teams
• Lead and mentor the on-ground team

What we’re looking for:
• 3+ years in furniture, interiors, kitchens/wardrobes, luxury retail, or similar high-involvement sales roles
• Strong industry network with architects and interior designers preferred
• Understanding of materials, finishes, and design-led solutions
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Proven team leadership and ownership mindset
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
