This is a client-facing role, where you will be the first point of contact for people planning special events.

• Handle incoming enquiries via calls & WhatsApp
• Understand client requirements (event type, guests, location, etc.)
• Share curated catering options with clients
• Maintain a clean, warm, and professional communication style
• Identify serious enquiries and coordinate with the founder
• Follow up with potential clients when required

• Good sense of tone and professionalism
• Ability to handle conversations independently
• Basic understanding of events/hospitality is a plus
