About The RoleWe are looking for someone to own Go-to-Market (GTM) and Customer Success for Miragen AI.
This role sits at the intersection of sales, product, and customer experience — where you will:
- Demo Miragen to fashion brands
- Convert inbound & outbound leads
- Help brands succeed post-sale
- Feed real market insights back into product
You will be the bridge between fashion brands and our AI platform.

What You'll DoGo-to-Market- Demo Miragen AI to fashion brands (D2C, Instagram brands, Myntra sellers)
- Showcase AI photoshoot & video capabilities using real brand use-cases
- Convert leads from outbound (Instagram, LinkedIn, referrals) and inbound
- Handle end-to-end sales conversations — from first demo to closure
- Coordinate with founders on pricing, custom requirements, and deals
- Discover new strategic alliances and opportunities for business growth.
Customer Success- Onboard brands onto Miragen platform
- Help them generate their first successful shoots/reels
- Guide them on campaign ideas, themes, and content strategy
- Ensure smooth post-sale experience and retention
- Build strong relationships with brand founders and marketing teams
Product & Feedback- Collect real-world feedback from brands on outputs, UX, and features
- Identify gaps in product (e.g., poses, styles, video quality, workflows)
- Translate feedback into actionable inputs for engineering
- Spot trends across brands (e.g., “what converts”, “what sells”)
What We're Looking For- Strong communication skills — you will talk to founders regularly
- Comfortable demoing AI products (no coding required, but tech comfort is key)
- Ability to understand fashion/aesthetic sense is a BIG plus
- Highly organised — managing multiple brands, follow-ups, and deals
- Proactive & ownership-driven — not waiting for instructions
- Curiosity to deeply understand product + customer needs
Experience:
- 0–3 years in sales, GTM, customer success, or product roles
Bonus Points- Experience working with fashion brands / creators / D2C ecosystem
- Familiarity with Instagram-first brands and content trends
- Exposure to AI tools
- Experience in SaaS or startup environment
- Strong aesthetic sense for content (this is HUGE for Miragen)
