Role Description
We are seeking a motivated Sales and Business Development Specialist for a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Lucknow Area. The specialist will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, conducting market research, and crafting strategic sales plans. Daily tasks will include managing the sales funnel, providing exceptional customer service, delivering training sessions for clients and team members, and collaborating with internal teams to meet business development objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships and address customer needs effectively.
- Expertise in Sales and Sales Management to develop, implement, and execute efficient sales strategies.
- Experience in Training to educate clients and team members on product offerings and best practices.
- Proven ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities.
- Proficient with CRM tools and other relevant software to manage pipelines and track sales performance effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Previous experience in the tech industry or with Liferay projects is a plus.
