Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Business Development Representative based in New Delhi. The responsibilities include identifying and generating leads, building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue through strategic sales initiatives. The role requires working collaboratively with internal teams to develop customized solutions, preparing sales presentations, and negotiating contracts. The ideal candidate will actively contribute to achieving business targets and promoting the company's digital and creative services.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Inside Sales and generating qualified leads
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities
- Solid experience in Sales and Business Development strategies
- Capability to work collaboratively and adapt to dynamic market needs
- Goal-oriented mindset with strong organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Familiarity with the digital and creative services industry is a plus
- Experience with CRM tools and data-driven decision-making is an advantage
