Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Sales And Business Development Professional based in Bengaluru South. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving sales growth. Responsibilities include lead generation, market research, preparing presentations, negotiating contracts, and providing excellent customer service. The professional will collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management
- Knowledge of market research, lead generation strategies, and sales processes
- Ability to negotiate contracts and close deals effectively
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Prior experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is highly preferred
