Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Business Development Professional located in Odisha, India. The candidate will identify and cultivate relationships with prospective clients, promote the company's educational publications, and execute sales strategies to achieve business goals. Responsibilities include managing customer accounts, delivering training sessions on product use, and driving revenue growth through effective client engagement. The role also involves analyzing market opportunities and developing solutions to meet client needs.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Capability to deliver Training sessions to customers and team members effectively.
- Proficient in analyzing market trends and developing business strategies.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently with minimal supervision.
- Prior experience in the publishing or education sector is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
