Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Business Development professional, based in Bengaluru. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth in the EdTech sector. Responsibilities include engaging with potential customers, delivering sales pitches, maintaining a robust sales pipeline, collaborating with the training and customer service teams, and overseeing sales management efforts to meet business targets. The role requires proactive planning, market research, and the ability to adapt to dynamic client needs.
Qualifications
- Effective Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging with clients and addressing their needs
- Proven Sales and Sales Management abilities, including meeting targets and building strong partnerships
- Experience in providing or managing Training programs to support product understanding and client satisfaction
- Proficiency in managing relationships with education sector clients (EdTech experience is a plus)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities
- Action-oriented with problem-solving ability and teamwork mindset
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus
