Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Business Development professional, located in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. The role involves identifying and generating leads, conducting market research to understand customer needs, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and contributing to the development and execution of sales strategies. The candidate will also support customer relationship management, ensuring a high standard of customer service and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify and target potential customers effectively.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and ensure satisfaction.
- Proficient Analytical Skills to evaluate market trends, customer behavior, and sales performance for strategic decision-making.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in sales or business development roles, preferably in the food and beverage or FMCG sector, is a plus.
- Bachelor's / Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
