Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for Business Development & Sales at ATC Consulting. You will manage inbound leads, run discovery conversations with founders, and close consulting engagements while maintaining long-term trust with clients.
What you'll be doing
- Managing inbound leads from LinkedIn, Instagram, and email
- Qualifying leads based on fit, intent, and readiness
- Running discovery calls with founders and operators
- Nurturing conversations and closing deals
- Keeping lead status and follow-ups organised
This role is for you if:
- You have 1–3 years of sales experience in a service business
- Experience in marketing agency preferred
- You enjoy solving real customer problems
- You spend more time qualifying and nurturing than force-closing
- You are comfortable owning conversations end-to-end
