In this role, you won’t just be selling products; you’ll be providing high-performance solutions. You will work closely with customers on the shop floor to optimize their machining processes, reduce cycle times, and demonstrate the superior value of our solid carbide tooling portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Technical Consultation: Conduct on-site trials and demonstrations for solid carbide drills and endmills.
- Process Optimization: Analyze workpiece materials and machine setups to recommend the ideal cutting parameters.
- Sales Growth: Manage and expand existing accounts while identifying new business opportunities within the aerospace, automotive, and medical sectors.
- Troubleshooting: Solve technical issues related to tool wear, chip evacuation, and surface finish.
What We’re Looking For- Experience: Minimum 3–4 years of proven experience in the cutting tools industry (specifically Solid Carbide Round Tools).
- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of CNC machining, milling strategies (trochoidal, high-feed), and hole-making applications.
- Communication: Well Spoken in english and having good presentation skills
- Drive: A self-starter who is comfortable with frequent travel to customer sites.
