We are hiring for "Specialist Sales Analyst" who can analyze sales data and support business decisions through insights and forecasting. This role is closely aligned with sales teams and leadership, helping them track performance and predict future revenue.
Experience - 3 to 6 years
Location - Remote (Base Location will be Gurugram)
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze sales data, pipeline, and performance metrics
- Build and maintain sales dashboards and reports (Excel / Power BI / Tableau)
- Track conversion rates, win/loss trends, and funnel health
- Support monthly and quarterly sales forecasting
- Identify risks and gaps in the sales pipeline
- Work closely with sales teams and stakeholders to improve reporting and insights
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–6 years of experience in: Sales Analytics / Sales Operations / Revenue Operations
- Strong hands-on experience in: Excel (must-have) ,Power BI or Tableau
- Experience working with: CRM tools (preferably Salesforce)
- Good understanding of: Sales pipeline, forecasting, and revenue metrics
- Ability to convert data into clear business insights
