Roles & Responsibilities:
- Track and analyze DSO incentives, R&R programs, and sales performance dashboards.
- Manage Field Team R&R / Play to Win programs and performance tracking.
- Prepare MIS reports and analytical reports for secondary sales, PJP, and DSO.
- Maintain Master Data Management (MDM), data accuracy, and data governance.
- Coordinate with Zonal SDM and sales teams to provide process and performance data.
- Build and maintain Excel/Power BI dashboards and provide actionable business insights.
- Perform data validation, identify discrepancies, and ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Support management with sales analysis, performance insights, and decision-making reports.
