Role Description
We are seeking motivated Sales Agents for a full-time on-site role based in Gurugram. As a Sales Agent, your responsibilities will include engaging with potential customers, understanding their tutoring needs, demonstrating the benefits of our services, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves providing customer service, responding to inquiries in a professional manner, and helping families make informed decisions about their child’s education. You will collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless customer experience and work towards the growth of EdifyChamps.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging with clients effectively
- Proficiency in Sales techniques and experience with achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of Insurance or related fields that support client relationship management
- Experience in Training or onboarding processes is an advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- A positive attitude and a customer-focused approach
- Prior experience in the education or tutoring industry is a plus
- Relevant educational qualifications, such as a bachelor’s degree, are preferred
