Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Asansol for a Sales Affiliates Manager. The responsibilities include overseeing affiliate programs, managing existing and potential partner accounts, driving sales performance, and executing online marketing initiatives. The candidate will work collaboratively to optimize partnerships, improve affiliate channel growth, and ensure alignment with the company’s sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Affiliate Management, including recruitment and relationships with affiliates
- Strong Account Management skills to maintain and grow strategic partnerships
- Excellent Communication skills to liaise with affiliate partners and internal teams effectively
- Proven experience and expertise in Sales and Online Marketing to meet business goals
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to evaluate affiliate program performance
- Strong problem-solving skills and a results-driven approach
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience in the education industry or similar sectors is advantageous
