Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Ranchi for the role of Sales Advocate. The Sales Advocate will engage with potential and existing customers to understand their insurance needs and provide suitable life insurance solutions. Responsibilities include conducting sales meetings, delivering exceptional customer service, providing training to clients, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. The Sales Advocate will also contribute to meeting sales targets and collaboratively work within a team to support organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse clients
- Customer service skills and a customer-first mindset
- Proficiency in sales techniques and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience or willingness to engage in training and mentoring customers regarding services
- Basic knowledge of sales management or business development is an added advantage
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
