Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Advocate located in Hyderabad. The Sales Advocate will be primarily responsible for engaging with prospective students, building relationships, and guiding them through the enrollment process. Day-to-day tasks include delivering personalized consultations, understanding prospective students’ needs, providing detailed information on academic programs, and meeting enrollment goals. The role will also involve collaboration with the admissions and marketing teams to develop strategies, conduct training sessions, and maintain excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with prospective students and provide excellent support.
- Proven abilities in Sales and Sales Management to meet or exceed enrollment targets and maintain records accurately.
- Experience in Training or assisting in developing team skills to enhance sales performance and client interactions.
- Results-oriented mindset, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with higher education admissions is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
