About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Academic Advisor to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for sales, communication, and helping candidates achieve their career goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Connect with prospective candidates via calls and explain our programs in a clear and engaging manner
• Guide candidates through the scholarship assessment process
• Schedule interviews with the expert panel
• Handle end-to-end coordination until final documentation and payment closure
• Maintain follow-ups and build strong relationships with candidates
• Ensure smooth and simple sales conversion processRequirements
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience (mandatory)
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
• Target-oriented mindset with a positive attitudeCompensation & Benefits
• Salary: 10,000 - 20,000/month
