Are you experienced in bench sales or IT staffing and motivated by high incentives and fast growth?
We are expanding our bench sales team and looking for driven professionals who can thrive in a target-based environment and generate strong placements in the U.S. market 💼
Minimum 6 months of experience in Bench Sales preferred (Career Advisor) Role

Key Responsibilities
- Market bench consultants (H1B, OPT, GC, USC) to vendors and clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors/implementation partners
- Handle daily submissions and follow-ups
- Coordinate interviews and closures
- Work closely with consultants to ensure successful placements

Requirements
- Experience in bench sales / IT staffing is preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of the U.S. IT market and visa types is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
