Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Sales Advisor. The Sales Advisor will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored matchmaking solutions. Daily responsibilities include generating leads, closing sales, providing exceptional customer service, and coordinating with internal teams. Additionally, the individual will contribute to sales strategy execution and improve the client experience through effective communication and support.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective client interaction
- Customer Service skills to address client inquiries and ensure satisfaction
- Proficiency in Sales and the ability to achieve targets and drive revenue growth
- Experience conducting Training sessions or onboarding processes is a plus
- Highly motivated, with a result-oriented mindset and a proactive approach
- Prior experience in sales or customer-facing roles is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software is an added advantage
