Key Responsibilities- Handle customer inquiries across calls, WhatsApp, website leads, and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements, workspace challenges, and comfort preferences before recommending products.
- Deliver personalized product recommendations aligned with customer needs and brand standards.
- Follow up consistently with leads and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the buying journey.
- Support end-to-end sales processes, from inquiry handling to final order coordination.
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales updates, and follow-up tracking.
- Represent the Ettorez brand with professionalism, clarity, and a premium customer-first approach.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as operations and marketing to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Contribute toward sales targets while maintaining high-quality customer interaction standards.
- Gather customer feedback and insights to improve the overall sales experience.
