Wealth Management Academy of India (WMAI) is building India’s premier finishing school for private bankers and wealth professionals.
We are looking for a confident, articulate, and target-oriented Sales & Admissions Executive to manage inbound enquiries and convert qualified candidates into enrolled participants.
Role Overview
You will be the first point of contact for bankers, relationship managers, and institutional HR teams responding to our marketing campaigns.
Your primary responsibility will be to:
- Respond to enquiries
- Explain program structure clearly
- Address FAQs professionally
- Conduct qualification calls
- Drive conversions to enrolment
This role requires maturity, clarity in communication, and structured follow-up discipline.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Management & Conversion
- Respond promptly to inbound enquiries (email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, website)
- Conduct qualification calls with interested candidates
- Explain program benefits, structure, and outcomes
- Handle FAQs related to curriculum, fees, certification, and schedule
- Maintain structured follow-ups until closure
Admissions Coordination
- Guide participants through registration process
- Coordinate documentation and payment follow-ups
- Maintain CRM and enquiry tracker
- Share updates with Program Manager & Founders
Campaign Support
- Support marketing campaigns with outbound follow-up calls
- Re-engage warm leads from previous cohorts
- Coordinate webinar invites and confirmations
Reporting
- Maintain daily enquiry and conversion tracker
- Share weekly pipeline and closure report
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 2–5 years of experience in education sales, executive program sales, financial training institutes, or B2B/B2C advisory sales
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable speaking with banking professionals
- Structured follow-up and CRM discipline
- Target-driven but professional in approach
- Based in Mumbai (preferred)
Experience in wealth management, banking, executive education, or professional certification sales will be a strong advantage.
