Job details:
1. Sales Operations & Administration
- Manage end-to-end sales order processing (POs, SOs, invoicing, dispatch coordination).
- Ensure accuracy of pricing, discounts, schemes, and approvals as per company policy.
- Maintain sales documentation, contracts, and customer master data.
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and accounts for smooth order execution.
- Data submission to Principals when they required.
2. MIS, Reporting & Data Control
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales MIS (branch-wise, product-wise, salesperson-wise).
- Track targets vs achievements and highlight gaps to management.
- Maintain dashboards for sales, collections, ageing, and credit exposure.
- Ensure data accuracy in ERP / CRM systems.
3. Credit Control & Collections Support
- Monitor customer credit limits, outstanding balances, and ageing.
- Coordinate with sales team and accounts for timely collections.
4. Sales Team Coordination & Support
- Act as the central coordination point between sales, service, accounts, and management.
- Support sales team with quotations, pricing approvals, tenders, and documentation.
- Track salesperson performance, incentives, and commissions.
- Ensure timely submission of sales reports by field staff.
5. Customer Coordination & Service Support
- Handle customer queries related to orders, invoices, deliveries, and documentation.
- Coordinate with service teams for service-related commitments linked to sales.
- Ensure timely resolution of sales-related customer issues.
6. Compliance, Controls & Process Improvement
- Standardize sales admin processes across branches.
- Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency.
7. Management & Strategic Support
- Provide analytical inputs for forecasting, budgeting, and AOP planning.
- Support management with ad-hoc reports and business analysis.
