About the Role:


We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Sales/Accounts Manager with proven experience in selling digital marketing services. The ideal candidate will come from a digital marketing agency background and possess strong expertise in acquiring and closing clients across multiple industries. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships, driving sales, and ensuring delivery excellence

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary client contact, managing day-to-day communication.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Understand client business goals and recommend suitable digital marketing strategies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (PPC, SEO, design) for seamless client onboarding and campaign execution.

Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop integrated digital marketing strategies across SEO, PPC, Social Media, Content, and PR.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor campaigns with internal teams.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, pitch decks, and campaign plans to clients.
  • Monitor campaign KPIs and provide actionable insights through monthly/quarterly performance reports.

Sales & Business Development:

  • Drive sales of digital marketing services including SEO, PPC, performance marketing, social media, and web solutions.
  • Identify, qualify, and close leads through inbound and outbound efforts.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and proposal discussions.

Sales Strategy & Reporting:

  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and track performance metrics.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
  • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and digital marketing tools.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3–10 years of experience in digital marketing sales/accounts management.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Content, PR).
  • Proven track record in client acquisition, relationship management, and sales.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
