Job Summary:
The Sales Account Manager – Pro AV will be responsible for driving revenue growth by promoting and selling professional audio-visual solutions, including display systems, conferencing solutions, sound systems, and integrated AV technologies. The role involves managing key accounts, developing new business opportunities, and coordinating with technical and project teams to deliver customized AV solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in corporate, government, education, hospitality, and healthcare sectors
- Promote and sell Pro AV solutions such as video conferencing, digital signage, projection systems, and control systems
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and system integrators
- Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure consistent revenue growth
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to clients
- Work closely with pre-sales and technical teams to design customized AV solutions
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
- Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities
- Ensure timely payment collections and maintain healthy receivables
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of Pro AV products and solutions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into solutions
- Strong relationship management and customer handling skills
- Result-oriented with a proven track record in sales
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel as per business needs
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- 2–8 years of experience in Pro AV / IT / ELV / System Integration sales
- Experience in handling system integrator, enterprise or institutional clients preferred
- Strong network in the AV industry is an added advantage
