Job Title: Account Manager / Senior Account Manager – Enterprise Sales (India)

Role Overview
We are looking for high-performing Account Managers / Senior Account Managers to drive enterprise growth across India. In this role, you will own and expand strategic territories, positioning IZT’s offerings to some of the most prestigious enterprise customers.
You will be responsible for client acquisition, strategic account management, and closing large, multi-year software & services deals, while establishing IZT as a trusted transformation partner for CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, and Digital leaders.
This is a high-impact, ownership-driven role suited for professionals experienced in navigating complex enterprise environments and consultative sales cycles.
Key Responsibilities
1. Account Ownership & Strategy
- Own end-to-end responsibility for enterprise accounts, including:
- Account strategy
- Pipeline creation
- Forecasting
- Revenue delivery
- Develop annual territory plans and detailed account plans:
- Stakeholder mapping
- Identifying strategic initiatives
- Understanding IT & business priorities
- Defining growth strategies
2. Enterprise Customer Engagement
- Act as the primary relationship owner for strategic enterprise customers
- Build strong relationships across:
- CXOs (CIO, CTO, CISO)
- IT & Operations leadership
- Procurement & business stakeholders
- Lead executive-level conversations around:
- Business outcomes
- ROI & value realization
- Operational efficiency
- Digital transformation
3. Value-Based Selling
- Translate complex technical capabilities into clear business value propositions
- Drive consultative selling across long and complex sales cycles
- Guide customers through evaluation, solutioning, and decision-making processes

Experience & Background
- 8–12+ years of experience in enterprise software sales
- Proven track record of consistently meeting/exceeding revenue targets
- Experience managing large, complex enterprise accounts

- Long sales cycles
- Multi-stakeholder decision-making
- Experience selling (preferred):
- ITSM / ITOM
