Sales Account Manager – Food Ingredients
Location | Home-based in Bangalore.
Salary - 25 to 30 LPA
Responsibilities
- Grow sales across India, meeting volume & margin targets.
- Build and manage strong relationships with direct accounts.
- Identify market opportunities and drive category priorities.
- Work with Technical Service Manager to deliver customer solutions.
- Coordinate with product, marketing, technical, logistics & finance teams.
- Provide accurate monthly/yearly forecasts and support demand planning.
- Manage reports, timelines, and business requirements independently.
- Ensure compliance with company EHS standards and programs.
Requirements
- 8+ years in key account management within food ingredients.
- Bachelor’s in Business, Food Science, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of sweeteners, starches, fibers/prebiotics, hydrocolloids.
- Proven success in selling value-added products and meeting targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to travel within India/region occasionally.
