As our next Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible of the success of our Analytical Instruments.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Sales & Business Development
- Drive sales of analytical instruments (HPLC, LC-MS, GC, GC-MS, Dissolution, Spectroscopy, etc.) to Pharma and Biopharma customers
- Manage and grow strategic/key accounts, including large pharma, SME, biopharma, CDMO, CRO, and research organizations
- Identify new business opportunities, lead generation, and conversion within the assigned territory
- Achieve and exceed annual sales targets and profitability goals
Account Management & Customer Engagement
- Develop deep relationships with decision-makers, influencers, and end-users
- Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer workflows, regulatory needs, and application challenges
- Lead complex sales cycles including product demonstrations, technical discussions, negotiations, and closures
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term retention
Collaboration & Internal Coordination
- Work closely with application scientists, service teams, marketing, and channel partners
- Coordinate product demos, evaluations, and customer trials
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and CRM reporting
Market & Competitive Intelligence
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
- Provide insights to marketing and product teams to support strategy and positioning.
This role requires travel across parts of West Delhi .
Qualifications
- Bachelor / master’s degree in Life Sciences, engineering or equivalent education, MBA degree would be advantage.
- Candidate with 10+ Years of Experience in Sales with analytical & strategic thinking
- Excellent influencing, convincing & cross-function collaboration skills
- Experienced in managing, implementing, and deploying new business processes and partnerships to increase sales and industry reach.

This job has a full time weekly schedule.
