What You’ll Do
- Own end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting → pitching → closing
- Identify and connect with startups, SMBs, and hiring companies
- Pitch SyncUp’s hiring and networking solutions to potential clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Conduct discovery calls, demos, and follow-ups
- Negotiate and close partnership opportunities
- Work closely with founders on sales and growth strategies
- Track pipeline, conversions, and revenue targets
Who You Are
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B Sales / SaaS / HRTech / Recruitment Sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Comfortable with cold outreach and client interactions
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
