The Role
We’re hiring a full-cycle Account Executive to own deals from first conversation to signed contract.
You’ll work a mix of inbound and outbound opportunities, collaborate with SDR and marketing, and manage the entire sales process — from discovery to close.
If you enjoy consultative selling, product demos, and closing deals, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified prospects
• Run discovery calls and consultative product demos
• Own the full sales cycle — discovery → demo → proposal → negotiation → close
• Work closely with SDR and marketing on inbound and outbound opportunities
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities within accounts
• Ensure smooth handoff of closed deals to the Implementation team
• Maintain accurate CRM data and sales forecasts
• Use AI tools like Claude and Manus to improve prospecting and outreach
What We’re Looking For
• 2–5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a track record of hitting quota
• Strong ability to sell to senior stakeholders and decision-makers
• Experience managing end‑to‑end SaaS sales cycles
• Familiarity with MEDDIC, SPICED, or similar sales frameworks
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
Bonus Points
• Hindi fluency
• Experience using Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
