We are expanding our services sales team and are looking for an experienced Account Executive who understands how to sell marketing services—not just software.
Role Overview
We are looking for a quota-carrying Account Executive with strong experience selling services to eCommerce brands. The ideal candidate comes from an agency background and has successfully closed mid-market retainers or performance marketing contracts.
You should be comfortable engaging founders, Heads of Marketing, and eCommerce managers, understanding business problems, and positioning service-led solutions that drive ROI.
Key Responsibilities
• Own the full sales cycle from discovery to close for services engagements
• Prospect, qualify, and close eCommerce brands (primarily Shopify/DTC)
• Sell high-value marketing retainers and performance-driven service packages
• Run consultative discovery calls to uncover growth gaps and revenue opportunities
• Build tailored proposals and commercial structures aligned to client objectives
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to consistently meet or exceed targets
• Collaborate with SDR, marketing, and delivery teams for smooth onboarding
• Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility in CRM
Ideal Candidate Profile
• 3-7 years of B2B sales experience, with at least 2+ years selling marketing or agency services
• Prior experience working at or selling for a digital marketing agency is strongly preferred
• Proven track record of selling services to eCommerce brands
• Experience selling to Shopify or DTC brands is a strong advantage
• Comfortable selling retainers in the mid-market segment
• Strong commercial acumen and consultative selling ability
• Experience engaging North American clients is a plus
• Self-driven, structured, and performance-oriented
• Business speaking fluency across 2+ foreign languages (for e.g. French & Mandarin) will be an added advantage
