Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for an Academic Counsellor. The Academic Counsellor will be responsible for engaging with students to understand their educational needs, providing personalized academic and career counseling, and guiding students in making informed decisions about their academic paths. Key responsibilities also include assisting students with course selections, addressing their inquiries, and helping them navigate educational challenges to achieve their goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Student Counseling and Career Counseling
- Strong Communication skills for effectively engaging with students and parents
- Experience in Academic Advising and offering personalized educational guidance
- Knowledge and understanding of academic programs and the education system
- Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
- Prior experience in academic counseling or related roles is preferred
