Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Sales Intern to support the growth of our marine SaaS solutions. This role is ideal for candidates interested in maritime technology, digital transformation, and B2B sales. You will assist in lead generation, client engagement, and sales support within the shipping industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients (ship owners, managers)
- Support outbound sales outreach (email, LinkedIn, follow-ups).
- Qualify leads and schedule product demos.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
- Assist in preparing presentations and proposals.
- Conduct basic market and competitor research.
- Support webinar campaigns and post-event follow-ups.
- Coordinate with product teams to understand customer needs.
Requirements:
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in:
- Business, Marketing, or International Business
- Maritime / Shipping Management
- Engineering or Technology
- Skills
· Interest in SaaS and maritime digital solutions.
· Strong communication skills in English.
· Basic understanding of B2B sales.
· Familiarity with LinkedIn and CRM tools (Dynamics 365, Hubspot, Sales force is a plus.)
· Proactive, organized, and target-driven.
· Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred
- Knowledge of maritime compliance (IHM, HKC, ESG).
- Prior internship in sales or maritime industry.
- Understanding of procurement or ship management processes.
