VACANCY FOR
Junior MIS Executive – Online Sales & Planning
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Support daily PO and Indent Planning for online sales channels.
2. Prepare, maintain and automate daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports.
3. Develop dashboards to monitor sales, inventory, SKU availability and operational performance.
4. Analyze sales and inventory data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
5. Coordinate with Production, Dispatch, Stores, Finance and Sales teams to ensure timely stock availability and smooth operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Prepare daily PO and Indent plans based on demand forecasts and inventory levels.
2. Track SKU-wise sales, stock availability and replenishment requirements.
3. Maintain accurate dashboards for management review.
4. Generate daily operational and business performance reports.
5. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve stock and operational issues.
6. Monitor data accuracy across ERP and reporting systems.
7. Assist in inventory reconciliation and stock movement tracking.
8. Support continuous process improvements through data-driven insights.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Graduate in Commerce / Business Administration preferred.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail. Ability to work with large datasets, coordinate across multiple departments and meet daily reporting timelines.
A proactive attitude with good communication and organisational skills is essential.
LEVEL OF COMPUTER LITERACY REQUIRED
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Power Query, Charts and Data Analysis). Working knowledge of Google Sheets. Familiarity with ERP software is preferred. Basic knowledge of Power BI or dashboarding tools will be an added advantage.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
0–2 years of experience in MIS, Supply Chain, Sales Operations, Inventory Planning or Business Analytics. Fresh graduates with strong Excel and analytical skills are encouraged to apply. Experience in FMCG, Retail, Food & Beverage or Quick Commerce will be preferred.
REMUNERATION
As per company standards and candidate experience. Performance-based incentives may be applicable.
