Sales Contractor – School Partnerships & Consumer Sales (Commission-Only, High Upside)
If you’re a closer who can sell high-ticket and don’t need a salary safety net, this is a real opportunity to build serious income early in a growing global product.
We’re looking for a small group of high-performing sales professionals who want more upside than a traditional salary can offer — and are willing to earn it.

Top Speech Health is a digital speech therapy platform helping individuals overcome rhotacism, lisps, and other speech challenges. We’re now scaling our B2B segment globally — and hiring the people who will drive that growth.
THE ROLE
This is a full-time, commission-only independent contractor role with two parallel income streams from day one — designed to give you both immediate cash flow and high-ticket upside.
Stream 1 – School & Institutional Partnerships (B2B)
You’ll prospect, pitch, and close partnerships with premium English-medium schools across Dubai & the Middle East, India, and Indonesia.
- High-ticket contracts (assessment programs + app licenses)
- 3–6 month sales cycles
- Strong, uncapped commissions per deal
- Additional upside when closing multi-school groups
Stream 2 – Direct Consumer Sales (B2C)
You’ll generate and close your own pipeline through social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, YouTube), warm leads, and community engagement.
- Faster sales cycles
- Higher commission rates than B2B assessments
- Built specifically to generate consistent income while B2B deals mature

- B2B: Dubai & UAE, Middle East, India, Indonesia (premium English-medium schools)

WHO THIS IS FOR
This is for you if:
- You’ve closed deals before and don’t need hand-holding
- You’re comfortable with commission-only because you trust your ability to sell
- You can manage long sales cycles and create short-term wins
- You’re consistent — not just “motivated” for a week
- You communicate clearly and confidently in English
Experience in B2B, EdTech, healthcare, or school sales is a plus — but execution matters more.
ENGAGEMENT TERMS
- Independent Contractor
- Commission-Only (No base salary)
- Remote | Flexible schedule
- Full-time commitment (45+ hrs/week)
Full commission structure shared during the interview process.
