Key Responsibilities
- Channel Expansion & Partner Management
- Identify, evaluate, and appoint high-potential dealers, distributors, channel partners, and system integrators aligned with Confio's regional growth strategy.
- Develop and implement structured onboarding programmes to enable partner productivity and long-term engagement.
- Establish strong relationships with channel partners through regular business reviews, sales planning, and performance tracking.
- Support partners with sales enablement tools, product knowledge, training sessions, and joint customer engagement activities.
- Ensure partner alignment with Confio's brand positioning, pricing policies, and customer experience standards.
- Revenue Generation & Territory Sales Execution
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for Confio's smart home automation product portfolio within the assigned territory.
- Develop and execute a robust territory sales strategy focused on channel growth, SME acquisition, and project-based sales opportunities.
- Generate and convert business opportunities across residential, commercial, hospitality, retail, and SME segments.
- Drive consultative sales discussions with business owners, developers, contractors, consultants, and facility operators to position Confio solutions effectively.
- Build a healthy pipeline of new business opportunities while growing revenue from existing accounts.
- SME & Market Development
- Identify emerging market opportunities within SMEs, boutique commercial spaces, co-working environments, clinics, retail outlets, and hospitality projects.
- Engage key stakeholders including architects, interior designers, builders, MEP consultants, and project management consultants to drive product specification and project demand.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute local activation campaigns, dealer engagement programmes, and lead generation initiatives.
- Monitor regional market trends, customer buying behaviour, and competitive activity to identify new growth opportunities.
- Product Demonstrations & Technical Consultations
- Deliver impactful product presentations, solution demonstrations, and customer workshops tailored to channel partners and end users.
- Coordinate with the technical pre-sales team for complex demonstrations, proof-of-concept installations, and technical discussions.
- Maintain strong knowledge of Confio's product portfolio, smart automation technologies, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
- Provide consultative recommendations to customers based on project requirements and automation needs.
- CRM, Reporting & Forecasting
- Maintain an accurate and updated CRM pipeline covering opportunities, customer interactions, partner activities, and project stages.
- Submit weekly sales reports, pipeline reviews, and monthly forecasts to management.
- Analyse CRM data to identify conversion gaps, sales bottlenecks, and high-potential opportunities.
- Ensure timely documentation of partner agreements, customer requirements, quotations, and project updates.
- Brand Representation & Industry Engagement
- Represent Confio at industry exhibitions, trade shows, partner events, and networking forums to strengthen market visibility and generate qualified leads.
- Gather and report market intelligence, competitor activity, customer feedback, and pricing trends to support strategic decision-making.
- Build Confio's regional reputation as a trusted and premium smart automation solutions provider.
Essential Requirements
- 5â8 years of experience in channel sales, B2B field sales, or project sales.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong network within dealer, distributor, or system integrator ecosystems.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong commercial and business development acumen.
- Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce, Zoho, or equivalent platforms.
- Working knowledge of smart home automation, IoT, electrical, AV, lighting, or building automation technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related discipline.
