Job Summary:
InBody India is seeking a driven Sales Specialist to lead Business-to-Government (B2G) initiatives, generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth across government/defense/PSU sectors. This role involves establishing relationships, tender-based sales, and institutional partnerships, while driving sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify new business opportunities across government/defence/PSU sector
• Manage complete sales cycle including tendering, bidding, and order closure
• Build relationships with government officials, procurement committees, biomedical teams, and decision-makers
• Maintain strong relationships for repeat business, renewals, and expansions
• Drive consultative selling and product positioning aligned with institutional requirements
• Track government policies, healthcare schemes, and procurement trends
• Monitor competitor activity and identify new public sector opportunities
• Represent the company at government expos, healthcare summits, and institutional meetings
• Build visibility within the public healthcare ecosystem
• Maintain accurate tender trackers, sales pipeline, and MIS reports
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and documentation standards
Qualifications & Skills:
• B. Pharma / equivalent bachelor’s degree/ MBA (Marketing) preferred
• 2–4 years of experience in government sales / institutional sales / tender-based sales
• Hands-on experience with GeM portal, e-tendering, and public procurement processes
• Strong understanding of RFQ/RFP documentation, and compliance
• Excellent negotiation, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to navigate bureaucratic processes and long sales cycles
• Willingness to travel for meetings, follow-ups, and project execution
