Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Head who can scale our business by acquiring new clients across sectors such as logistics, manufacturing, retail, warehousing, and IT parks. The role requires someone who understands solution-based selling, has existing industry networks, and can build and lead a small sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a business growth strategy across India.
- Identify and close new accounts (corporate, industrial, and institutional clients).
- Manage key relationships and negotiate large project and AMC contracts.
- Collaborate with technical and operations teams for seamless execution.
- Build and mentor a sales team as the business scales.
Ideal Candidate:
- 5–10 years of B2B sales experience in security systems, building automation, or related verticals.
- Strong network in logistics, warehousing, or infrastructure domains.
- Excellent skills in consultative selling and business development.
- Based in or ready to relocate to Bangalore.
- Entrepreneurial mindset — someone who wants to grow with the company.
- Track record of achievements in similar business development.
