Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role in our group company ANEXSECURE SECURITY SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, for a Sales Head – Security & Surveillance System Integration and AMC contracts, based in Bengaluru with flexibility for some remote work. The Sales Head will oversee sales strategy and team operations, drive revenue growth, and expand AnexSecure's presence in the market. You will manage key accounts, nurture client relationships, lead sales initiatives, and support the development of tailored security solutions for clients. Additionally, the role involves sales management, team leadership, and the development of sales plans to meet market demands with special emphasis on securing PAN India AMC contracts.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales, Sales Management, and Account Management
- Strong Team Management and leadership skills
- Analytical Skills to design data-driven strategies
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Knowledge of the Security and Surveillance industry is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
