My Design Minds is a product design and engineering company helping startups and manufacturers convert ideas into real products. Our services include Industrial Design, CAD Design, Prototyping, Engineering Development, and Manufacturing Support.
We work with startups, product companies, and innovators across India and internationally.
We are looking for a Sales Support Coordinator who can assist our sales and business development team with lead management, communication, follow-ups, and coordination with internal teams.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to learn business communication, sales processes, and B2B client handling.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Management
• Manage incoming leads from website, LinkedIn, email, and WhatsApp
• Maintain and update lead data in CRM / Excel
• Categorize leads based on project requirements and urgency
Client Communication Support
• Assist in responding to client inquiries and basic project queries
• Coordinate with the internal team to collect information required for proposals
• Maintain professional email communication with prospects
Proposal & Documentation Support
• Support the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations
• Maintain records of sent quotations, proposals, and follow-up status
Follow-Up Coordination
• Track pending leads and ensure timely follow-ups
• Send reminders to sales team for client callbacks and proposal updates
• Maintain daily follow-up tracker
Internal Team Coordination
• Coordinate with design, engineering, and project teams to collect project details
• Ensure smooth information flow between sales and technical teams
Data & Reporting
• Maintain daily lead tracking sheet
• Prepare weekly sales activity reports
• Maintain organized documentation for client communications
Skills RequiredCommunication Skills
• Good spoken and written English and Hindi
• Ability to communicate professionally with clients
Organizational Skills
• Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and follow-ups
Tech Skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Comfortable using email, CRM tools, and online platforms
Personality Traits
• Responsible and organized
• Quick learner with a proactive attitude
• Good attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Education
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or any relevant field
