Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Team Leader role based in Bengaluru. The Sales and Team Leader will be responsible for driving sales performance, achieving targets, and expanding market presence for imoo products in the region. Daily responsibilities include supervising and motivating a sales team, setting clear goals, monitoring performance metrics, and providing coaching and feedback. The role involves developing and executing local sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and retail stakeholders. The Sales and Team Leader will also handle escalated customer issues, coordinate with cross-functional teams such as marketing and operations, prepare regular sales reports, and ensure that brand standards and customer experience guidelines are consistently met at all touchpoints.
Qualifications
- Strong sales skills, including experience in meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Team management and leadership skills, with the ability to coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to build trust, handle escalations, and maintain long-term relationships.
- Analytical skills to interpret sales data, track KPIs, forecast demand, and support data-based decision-making.
- Proven experience in consumer electronics, retail, or related industries is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office or similar tools for reporting, planning, and presentation; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
