Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Voice Process Executive to join our team at our Bengaluru office. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound client communication, addressing customer queries professionally, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring a smooth communication process. Daily responsibilities include interacting with potential clients over calls, explaining services effectively, following up on leads, maintaining call records, and providing regular updates to the management team regarding client interactions and progress.
Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle client interactions professionally and effectively.
Strong understanding of customer handling, lead follow-ups, and client relationship management.
Ability to communicate clearly and confidently over calls while maintaining a customer-focused approach.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Basic knowledge of sales and client coordination processes is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred.
Previous experience in voice process, customer support, telesales, or related fields will be considered an added advantage.
