Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing role based in South Delhi. The selected candidate will focus on generating leads, engaging with potential clients, and nurturing long-term relationships. Responsibilities include identifying sales opportunities, delivering client presentations, developing marketing strategies, conducting market research, and collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs. This role also involves creating training materials for internal and client use to ensure effective communication of the company’s financial services offerings.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Proven Sales and Sales Management experience with a record of achieving targets and closing deals.
- Ability to effectively conduct Training sessions and educate clients and team members on financial offerings and related topics.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills for managing sales pipelines and strategizing marketing efforts.
- Proficiency in using CRM and financial management tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of the financial services industry and understanding of products such as investment funds, treasury management, and financial counselling.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
