Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive, based in Bengaluru. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, achieving sales targets, and conducting presentations to promote hospital services. The role requires close collaboration with the healthcare team, maintaining records of client interactions, and exploring methods to enhance patient acquisition strategies. Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in sales strategy, client relationship management, and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and customize solutions.
- Proficiency in using CRM software to track sales performance and customer interactions.
- Time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Problem-solving mindset and a results-driven approach to sales.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience in healthcare sales or services is an advantage.
- Proficiency in additional languages is a plus for connecting with diverse clients.
- High levels of professionalism and motivation to work in a healthcare-driven environment.
