Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Sale & Designer (Interior) professional. The role involves creating innovative and functional interior design solutions tailored to client needs, providing excellent customer service, and managing design projects from concept to completion. Duties also include developing design proposals, assisting with kitchen and bath designs, and executing sales strategies to achieve company goals. Collaborating with clients to understand their requirements and delivering exceptional service is a key aspect of this position.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Interior Design, including space planning, layout creation, and material coordination
- Proficiency in Kitchen & Bath Design and demonstrated expertise in creating functional and aesthetic designs
- Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs
- Experience in Sales with the ability to upsell, foster client relationships, and meet sales targets
- Proficiency with design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools is preferred
- Strong project management skills with an ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field is preferred
- Previous experience in residential interior design is an advantage
