Product Designer (UI/UX)

We're building SalaryGuide.com, a new platform to bring transparency to global salaries. As our first design hire, you'll work directly with the founders and tech lead to define how SalaryGuide.com looks, feels, and works — setting the foundation for our product's design and user experience. This isn't about just handing off mockups — you'll own the end-to-end design process, from wireframes to polished interfaces. We're looking for someone who can think deeply about user experience, design intuitive flows, and build a consistent design system that scales. Much of your work will focus on making complex salary data clear, usable, and engaging — dashboards, tables, filters, and comparisons. Your main priority will be UI/UX for the SalaryGuide.com platform, with the freedom to influence product direction and usability at every step.
