Job Summary
Seeking an experienced SailPoint SME / IAM Engineer to support enterprise Identity & Access Governance initiatives, SailPoint IdentityIQ/IdentityNow integrations, application onboarding, connector configuration, and production support within a large-scale financial services environment
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and support SailPoint IdentityIQ/IdentityNow solutions.
- Integrate SailPoint with ServiceNow, Active Directory, LDAP, PAM, and enterprise applications.
- Configure applications, workflows, rules, custom tasks, and connectors.
- Deliver IAM processes including JML, RBAC, Access Requests, Recertification, and SoD.
- Support aggregation, ID refresh, correlation, scheduling, and lifecycle event management.
- Perform application onboarding, migration, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
- Develop and maintain custom connectors, workflows, and identity mapping rules.
- Support UAT, debugging, production support, and maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with global teams and contribute to IAM engineering roadmap initiatives.
