About the Role
Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled SailPoint professional to manage and support identity governance and administration processes. The ideal candidate will ensure secure, stable, and compliant identity operations across enterprise platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain stable, secure, and well-governed identity operations across all platforms
- Provide timely resolution of identity-related incidents and service requests
- Manage and support Joiner–Mover–Leaver (JML) lifecycle processes with accuracy and reliability
- Ensure governance, audit readiness, and Segregation-of-Duties (SoD) compliance
- Drive continuous improvement, optimization, and onboarding of applications within identity services
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with the team for inputs and support
- Strong problem-solving and operational management skills
- SailPoint certification is preferred
